Refund policy

Last updated: 28/06/2026

EasyNotion offers digital subscription access to a library of Notion templates. Because our product is delivered digitally and immediately upon purchase, this policy differs from a standard physical-goods return policy.

30-Day Refund Window

You may request a refund within 30 days of your original subscription purchase date. To be eligible, your request must relate to your most recent billing charge (not a charge processed more than 30 days ago).

To request a refund, contact us at support@easynotion.store with your order/account email and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Damages and Issues

If you experience a technical issue with your subscription — such as not receiving your access email, a broken or corrupted template file, or being charged incorrectly — please contact us immediately at support@easynotion.store so we can resolve the issue or issue a refund where appropriate.

Exceptions / Non-Refundable Situations

We're unable to offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Refund requests made more than 30 days after the relevant charge
  • Subscriptions that have already been substantially used (e.g., a large number of templates downloaded) where the request appears to be made in bad faith
  • Promotional or discounted subscription periods explicitly marked as non-refundable at checkout
  • Gift subscriptions, once redeemed

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancelling stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period — see the 30-day window above for refund eligibility on a recent charge.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your subscription purchase within 14 days of the purchase date, without giving a reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU).

Please note: because our product is digital content delivered immediately upon purchase, this withdrawal right may not apply if you expressly requested immediate access and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once access has begun (this acknowledgment should be captured at checkout — see legal note below). Where this acknowledgment was not obtained, the full 14-day right applies regardless of usage.

Refunds

Once your refund request is approved, you'll be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@easynotion.store.

Flags for legal review before publishing:

  1. EU withdrawal-right checkout language — to legally rely on the "loses withdrawal right once access begins" exception, EU law requires you to obtain explicit consumer consent and acknowledgment at the point of purchase (a checkbox, not just a policy mention). If your checkout doesn't currently capture this, the 14-day right may apply unconditionally to all EU customers regardless of usage — a lawyer should confirm your checkout flow satisfies this.
  2. "Substantial use" non-refund clause — this is somewhat subjective language; a lawyer may want firmer, more specific criteria (e.g., a download/access count threshold) to make it enforceable and avoid disputes.
  3. No business registration/entity type provided yet — doesn't block this policy, but will matter for the Legal Notice page later.
